Valchedor Cask can be used in two possible ways:
- To replicate the results obtained with a regular barrel.
This means that in the life cycle of a Valchedor Barrel, the contribution to the contained liquids is approximately the same as that produced in six regular barrels. This significantly affects the environmental impact, since it reduces the tree felling by up to 66% compared to a regular barrel, since it would only be necessary to fell a tree instead of the three necessary for the manufacture of six regular barrels.
- To obtain memorable beverages.
With Valchedor Cask you can obtain results in the maturation of liquids that are much higher than those that would be obtained using regular barrels. Since a new Valchedor Cask has two life cycles, it would take the same amount of wood as two normal barrels and therefore the felling of a tree. This circumstance implies the same environmental impact as that produced by a regular barrel.
